At MOB studio, we stand behind our products and are confident that you will love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied or you receive something that you believe to be defective please contact customerservice@mobstudio.us. All returns must be pre-authorized by us, no exceptions. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you exchange an item, return shipping costs will be covered by MOB studio. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@mobstudio.us.
Failure to report defects immediately upon delivery may result in MOB studio denying your return or issuing store credit only.
